Protein Pancakes

Protein Pancakes are a different and much healthier choice compared to a "normal" pancake. Normal pancaskes are usually high in sugar and don't have much protein. 


Protein Pancakes are different. They contain a lot of healthy ingredients and that bring you and your body a lot of benefits.


They are good for to lose weight, control  your body sugar level, they may decrease high blood pressure and are just delicious.


VivaMK offers at the moment two flavours: Banging Banoffee and Cheeky Chocolate.

Protein Pancakes VivaMK

The pancakes are easy and quick to cook. You can have the pancakes as your full breakfast or as a snack alternative.


Per 2 scoops (included) of the pancake powder, you need to add to 80ml of plant based milk or water. Leave to stand for 1 minute so the batter can thicken up. Then make up 3 pancakes (by using a table spoon  or soup spoon) to a heated pan and cook on each site for 2-3 minutes only until golden brown.

You can then enjoy them with your faverouite topping.

Rice Flour has less calories than wheat flour too.
